If you would like to lose weight or gain muscle you have to be willing to put in the time and effort of exercise. Physical fitness is a personal matter because you and only you can make yourself achieve your goal. People who have fitness trainers do have extra motivation but if they dont believe in themselves then it is irrelevant. I personally like to exercise because of the benefits it gives to my body. I set small goals that I know I can achieve. Everytime I reach one my goals I celebrate because I stayed true to myself and finished what i started. If it is to be, it is up to me.

I think this statement is true most of the time. Anyone who is mentally ready for disappointments is probably going to achieve their goal. Instead of feeling sorry for themselves they go back out and try again. The contestants on the X factor are a great example on how your mentality helps you achieve your goal. If you are willing to put time and effort into reaching your goal with the right attitude then I'm sure you will reach it
